Brooke Monroe has 35 plus years of experience in the field of environmental sciences working as a professional consultant, scientist and planner.

In the past 20 years her career has focused on the field of wetland science, wetland/environmental permitting and impact analysis and regulatory compliance.

  Delineate wetland boundaries and characterize wetland resource areas as defined under federal, state and local regulations/by-laws using vegetation, soils and hydrology as evaluation parameters;

►  Design wetland restoration/replication plans to mitigate for wetland impacts/losses and wildlife habitat values;

►  Prepare environmental permit applications for public and private projects involving a working knowledge of the federal, state and local regulations/by-laws, coordination with the agencies and public presentations for the projects;

►  Review and evaluate projects for regulatory compliance with federal, state and local regulations/by-laws;

 Conduct groundwater and other environmental media sampling and monitoring.
